Shipping and Returns Policy

Katy Ships to England, Wales, Scotland, USA and Canada.

All artwork and prints are posted via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked within the UK.

Orders under £50: £3.95

Orders £50 and over: Free

International postage will also be sent by tracked post. USA/Canada orders: £14 for shipping.

Buyers are responsible for any taxes and customs tariffs incurred.

Prints and original wall art will be shipped within 2 weeks after payment has been made, although usually sooner.

Wearable art (jewellery) will be shipped within 1 week after payment has been made, although usually sooner.

You will be notified when shipment has been made.

If you require your purchase sooner, please do email me prior to purchase and I will endeavour to help you if I can.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at katybreminerartist@gmail.com as soon as possible. A return address will be provided if needed.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition, it has not been used and you have ensured it can not be damaged in transit. Please return the item in its original packaging where possible. If this is not possible please use like-for-like packaging to ensure it is returned in its original and refundable condition. The item needs to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. This will be the date shown on the tracking to have reached the customer.

If all these conditions are met, then a refund will be made to the original account used for purchase. Any item received after 14 days from your receipt of the item or not in its original condition will not be refunded.

Shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage and packaging. Please use a signed for service and keep a receipt of proof of postage.
